What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We pride ourselves in quality products and customer support. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on soaps, however, we will work with our customers to provide solutions to any problems that arise, including item replacement and possible refunds. We are always accepting of comments and concerns.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. The studio will ship within 24 hours of receiving your order and payment. We will contact you immediately if there is a delay.
What is the difference between essential and frangrance oils?
Essential oils are the essence of natural plants. They are completely safe to use in soaps and other items for personal use as long as they are used in the proper amounts. Fragrance oils are man made scents using essential and artificial scents. Please note that some people are sensitive to pure essential oils. We do pride ourselves in making natural, but understand that not everyone is tolerant to the pure oil. Please let us know and we will be glad to make batches using fragrance oils at no extra cost.
